Lauren Bryan, PT, DPT, Women’s Health Specialist, Certified Spanish Translator

Lauren came to her career in physical therapy through her love of movement, and a desire to help others move more freely, comfortably, and confidently. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon in 2013. She completed her BA in Spanish at University of Oregon Clark Honors college in 2007.

Lauren specializes in both orthopedics and women’s health physical therapy. She has taken coursework through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy for diagnoses and treatment of the spine, and draws on a wide variety of manual therapy techniques to treat joint and soft tissue restrictions throughout the body. She is certified by the American Physical Therapy Section on Women’s Health for the treatment of pregnancy and post-partum conditions, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, and urinary and fecal incontinence.

In addition to continuing education completed in orthopedics and women’s health, Lauren completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training program in Ojai, California in 2015. She enjoys integrating the breath, mind, and body practices from her yoga studies into physical therapy treatments.

When she’s not in the clinic, Lauren loves exploring all the beauty the gorge has to offer on her bike, skis, or paddle board!
