Kristen Dills, PT, DPT, Women’s Health Specialist

Kristen Klesh, PT, DPTKristen received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado in 2012. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she graduated in 2009 from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science while competing in the NCAA DII level as a pole vaulter.

Kristen has been working at CGPT since 2012 and has certifications through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Institute for treating disorders of the pelvic floor such as incontinence, pelvic pain, prenatal/postpartum recovery, and pelvic organ prolapse. Her treatment approach includes hands on treatments (manual, Graston, cupping, etc.) and exercise to maintain healthy changes. In addition, Kristen enjoys treating the whole body, including low back/hip pain, knee/ankle injuries and shoulder/upper body dysfunction with a specific approach to help you reach your goals; whether it is to enjoy gardening again or be able to resume the search for the best mountain bike trail Oregon has to offer. Being a life-long athlete herself, Kristen understands the stresses and rewards of physical activity and is passionate about using movement and evidence based treatments in her care plans. Kristen enjoys keeping up-to-date on the most reliable research and treatments as well as using her experience as a PT to help her patients.

Outside of work, her personal interests include trail running, mountain/road biking, hiking, skiing and exploring the scenic pacific northwest with her family.
