Hannah Nicholson, PT, DPT

Hannah received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Wellness from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington in 2012. She then moved to San Diego, California where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2015.

Hannah specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine and loves working with people of all ages, lifestyles and activity levels. She has taken advanced manual therapy coursework for the evaluation and effective treatment of spine, pelvic and extremity dysfunction. She is also trained in vestibular and balance rehabilitation. In addition, Hannah completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Khajuraho, India in 2011. She believes in the value of using the breath and mindful techniques to reduce stress, support healing and restore whole body health.

Her goal as a physical therapist is to educate patients to take a proactive role in their health, maximizing individual potential and integrating their personal goals so they can enjoy their life and get back to the activities they love.

In her free time Hannah loves rock climbing, practicing yoga, playing music, biking, skiing, hiking, exploring the outdoors and adventuring with her dog.
